Q: Do you look at my own individual situation?
A: No! But you will get to ask me questions specifically on your issues at each week's live group coaching calls.
Q: Do you offer live workshops for this?
A: Nopers just here.
Q: Will I be able to give the tools to my bookkeeper?
A: The spreadsheets and tools available in the course portion of this program are for your use only. Though they are licensed to you forever, they are protected by copyright and are not transferable to any other person- nor can you produce any derivative works. The tools are intended for you to plan and carry out yourself. There is one spreadsheet (the profitability report) that is intended for you to pass off to an assistant should you need assistance with tracking job by job success.
Q: I just started my business or need to change my business. Will I be able to use this?
A: Yes, all will benefit from the weekly personalized coaching calls. The Price + Profit Design Course is best for those with some financial history in business. The trainings will be useful immediately though, and you will always be able to revisit as your financial data grows.
Q: I’ve been in business 10 years, is this going to tell me something I don’t already know?
A: YES! You are sitting on a wealth of experience and financial data that will allow you to really analyze what has been working for you and what has not. You can start to pinpoint improvements and start working toward specific goals.
Q: I am upside-down with my company. I mean, I AM IN DEBT! Will this work for me?
A: Yes. If you are in debt or upside down, then you know significant changes need to happen. This program will show you what changes need to be made as well as give you the mindset adjustment to see new opportunities.
Q: What if I’m not able to achieve the sales goals and other metrics that I find while going through this course?
A: We will guide you to make your first steps toward your goals. You don't need to do it all NOW!
Q: Does this course tell me how to get more sales?
A: In a way, yes. We will teach you how to do the inner work to determine how you want to work. We do the work to figure out who your ideal client is and what is important to them. And we teach you how to confidently talk to them in a way that will connect with them. While I feel this is the secret ingredient to booking more clients you will have to do the work to get in front of people (even virtually).
A: YOU are the one who will make your business profitable and your life what you want. I will show you how and help you remove obstacles.
Q: What is the format of the lessons?
A: The lessons come in video or pdf format with a follow along printable guide and workbook. The tools are a set of spreadsheets in both Excel and Google Sheets formats. Coaching calls are on zoom.
Q: Can I take this course if I don’t know excel or google sheets?
A: I can coach you with no tech knowledge. If you want to use the Price + Profit Design tools, you will need to first prep by taking an online training in basic spreadsheet function. There are free trainings on youtube, and sites like Lynda.com. You don't need to be a wiz, just hte basics will do. The spreadsheets are designed in a way where you will need to do minimal work. Mostly just data entry. We have some resources for you to learn this once you sign up.
Q: Do I need to know what to talk about on the calls?
A: No, you just need to show up. If you have an idea of what you need help on, great. If not, no prob. I can ask the questions.
Q: Do I need to be good at math?
A: No, the math is done for you in spreadsheets. Your basic understanding of math and spreadsheets will allow you to figure out what is going on. You may even find it fun when the numbers are working for you.
Q: May I share this with a colleague?
A: No. This product, training, and features are solely for your use and cannot be shared with others. They cannot be used to produce derivative works.
Q: If I grow and I need to re-assess my company finances, will I be able to use this again?
A: Yes! You will be able to use these tools for your company forever.
Q: Does this course include any templates and resources for how to order flowers, and make recipes?
A: Yes. This course includes resources and spreadsheets that show you how WE order flowers, document recipes, and keep our flower quantities in line. It is not a standard way of doing it- just how it works in OUR company. This is included not as the main content but in the bonus section.
Q: Do you demonstrate how this whole process works?
A: YES! We walk through a previous year’s finances for my business (Lola Creative). While in the program, tell me if anything needs further explanation and I'll do another demo.
